I love this product! I did much research before buying and am glad I settled on this one. I use it every day for business and no one can tell on the other line that I’m on a headset. Unfortunately my cat chewed the wire and I’m unable to use it now, but I am ordering another one because I wouldn’t settle on anything else.
Customer Review: Good except for a couple of pretty big flaws
The reason I give this product only 3 stars is because I am getting an echo back in the earpiece when speaking. That’s really too bad because I can hear people very well with it and they can hear me crystal clear as well. I’m also not sold on the comfort. The headset is just a bit too light and does not fit very tight around the head. I need this headset for work and it just doesn’t cut it. For someone looking for a headset for home for occasional use, I would say it is a great headset. I will be returning mine. .
